WEB WORK
This page includes a compilation of websites that I built and other websites that I just maintained for my time during school and my times as a Web Manger at MBS Communications and Digital Marketing Manager at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
SMWC
While I did not have a hand in creating this website, I have spent many hours of my career with the college maintaining and editing smwc.edu, which is a WordPress site that uses WP Engine.
MBS Websites
The websites linked within this paragraph were not created by me, I was just in charge of editing the code, designing and uploading new images (landing page images, product images, banners, etc.). There was a different website for every market that we sold to, so there were 5 different websites I was in charge of:
All websites were hosted by WP Engine and used WooCommerce, both extensions of WordPress.
I also used SAGE to help make adjustments to a secondary website of theirs called
CF Foundation Site
God's Will and Wade is a local non-profit that reached out to me about getting a website built. They were wanting a simple website just to have all their information in one spot and to make it a little easier to accept donations. This was such an amazing opportunity to get involved with my community while also giving back.
Media Research Blog
Created for a class in which we built our own research project where we looked into how certain topics are discussed in the media and how that affects the topic. I chose to display my research in the form of a blog focused on making the research seem more fun and cater more to a younger audience.
ISU Websites
The websites linked within this paragraph were not created by me, I was just in charge of editing the code. Each week I would update the Archive and Calendar on WISU and made changes to the Classifieds on the Statesman. WISU used HTML code edited in Sublime and uploaded to a Filezilla server; and the Statesman used a TownNews associated program called BloxCMS.
